The Summer Winds Condominiums are the perfect place for families looking to enjoy the beach away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Tybee Island is a unique small coastal barrier island 11 miles east of Savannah. Tybee has many restaurants from fine dining to favorites with a more casual atmosphere. Beach lovers from all over the world choose Tybee Island beaches as one of their vacation destination. One can enjoy ocean breezes and easy beach access. Most units have a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Some units also have sleeper sofas in the living room. There is a cleaning fee one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and a resort fee, all collected at check-in by Beachside Colony.This is a smoke free property. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of reservation. There is a USD 35 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer. Please note the following extra fees- Resort Fee- USD 25.00 Cleaning Fee- USD 50.00 for 1 bedroom units, to be charged and collected at check-in by Beachside Colony. Cleaning Fee- USD 125.00 for 2 and 3 bedroom units to be charged and collected at check-in by Beachside Colony.
